During the three week Read-a-Thon, 413 students from Willmore Elementary, in Westminster CA, kept journals to document their reading. Altogether, they read 272,326 pages. The school, along with The Joseph Drown Foundation, was able to donate 35 copies of The Jester Has Lost His Jingle and 35 Jester & Pharley Dolls to the pediatric patients at Huntington Beach Hospital in Huntington Beach, CA.
