During the month long Read-A-Thon students from Jackie Robinson Academy kept journals to document their reading. Altogether they read 113,146 pages. The school, along with AEGON Transamerica Foundation, was able to donate 45 copies of The Jester Has Lost His Jingle and 45 Jester & Pharley Dolls to Miller Children's Hospital in Long Beach, CA for use with their pediatric patients. |
