During the month long Read-a-Thon, 406 students from Lark Ellen School kept journals to document their reading. Altogether they read 217,590 pages. The school, along with Chapman & Associates Charitable Foundation, was able to donate 30 copies of The Jester Has Lost His Jingle and 30 Jester & Pharley Dolls to 5 Acres Foster Care in Altadena, CA.
