During the three week Read-a-Thon, students from Robert F. Kennedy Elementary School kept journals to document their reading. Altogether they read a total of 111,319 pages. The school, along with S. Mark Taper Foundation, was able to donate 30 copies of The Jester Has Lost His Jingle and 30 Jester & Pharley Dolls to the pediatric patients at County USC Women's & Children's Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. |
