During the Read-A-Thon students from Eshelman Avenue Elementary School kept journals to document their reading. Altogether they read 420,135 pages. The school, along with The Kenneth T. & Eileen L. Norris Foundation was able to donate 40 copies of The Jester Has Lost His Jingle, 4 0 Jester & Pharley Dolls and 15 Jester & Pharley PhunBooks to Childrens Hospital Los Angeles for use with their pediatric patients.
